apt. share near Ball Sq ($700)

davis_squareMy roommate recently accepted a position out of state and so I'm looking for someone to share a 2-bedroom on the 2nd floor of a house near Ball Sq. Close to Tufts, and the bike path is at the end of the street, so it's a short walk to Davis (10 - 15 mins).
The place is bright and roomy, with two porches (front and back). Kitchen is large and open, with a disposal, dishwasher, and ceiling fan. The basement has free laundry and storage space. The available room is the larger of the two, with a good sized closet. Parking is on-street, but there's almost always a spot in front of the house. There is also garden space, if that's of any interest to you.
I have a short-haired dog who is large enough to qualify as another roommate, but he is extremely lazy and quiet, and comes to work with me about 50 hrs a week, and we walk at night. We work at a dog wash, so he's usually squeaky clean.
Rent for the whole apt is $1400, so your half would be $700 plus 1/2 utilities (gas and electric, with oil heat). The windows are new, so heat is the cheapest I think I've ever paid.
