About the room: spacious! Tenant who is moving out will glady leave you a gorgeous wooden bureau along with freshly painted wine colored walls. The room features a deep closet and windows overlooking the tree-filled backyard.
The house is in the center of everything! It is equidistant to Porter/Central/ Harvard Sq (~ 1 mile). This place is great if you have a bike, as it really is close to many hot spots. Plenty of parking on street.
