Where is their other location? http://www.kickasscupcakes.com/FindUs.php shows only Highland Ave. Ditto for http://www.kickasscupcakes.com/Directions.php .

Edit: Guess they now have a second location in Wellesley, but I learn that only from Google News hits and not from Kickass's own website.

There is a link to information about the Wellesley store under Hours. Not the most intuitive place to put it, but it's there!
