 Anyone know what's going on with the new 377 summer street development that is next to rosebud? It seems like it has stalled.

I can't find any information on it except for this one article back in May when they first started:

Or we can just use my line: whenever a tourist in DTX asks me what the deal is with the gigantic hole, I tell him it's the Boston Fire Memorial.

I keep hearing/seeing folks working down in the pit there many of the times I pass by (which, granted, isn't daily or anything) so my impression is that it's just going slowly.

There was some picketing about not using union labor; I'm not sure if the work stalled then. But, I haven't seen picketers in a while and workers are definitely in the pit today.
