He's completely scribbled out that area so that any signature we write in there would be illegible.
Maybe some things have been stolen, but our building is set up from the street, the front door is heavily shielded by bushes, and they are also ignoring instructions to bring things to the back door, where they could tuck it between the screen and storm door.
