None of the pickup locations are convenient to me. I have a full time job, am in grad school, and I drive to Rhode Island most nights to ride my horse. I don't get home before 9pm at the earliest on weekdays, usually closer to 10. Ordering things online and having them delivered to me is the ONLY way I can buy 95% of the things in my life.
It's gone beyond frustrating into the realm of absurdity.
