If you are, I am too. It boggles my mind that they do this continually. Last time, the UPS guy, when he called, was like "well I'm on such and such a street" and my BIL went there and met him, because he was delivering a present for his kid's birthday and if he didn't get it then, it wouldn't be delivered until after the weekend. The driver wouldn't come back even though he would be passing his street (their neighborhood is on a street that leads to a peninsula, there's no choice but to turn around).
