Not sure how to parse this, but yes, parking meters are charging in Somerville. Charging money. 25¢ per quarter hour, I believe. As to whether they are chargin' their lasers, your guess is as good as mine.

Except it's not listed as a trash holiday on the city web site. I checked this morning and put out my trash per usual. At least they didn't ticket me for having my trash out too early...
