friend seeking small apartment

a friend of mine is seeking a small apartment. he lives in Vermont, and has accepted a job at Akamai in Cambridge. he's looking for a small apartment to stay at during the week. he writes: "My actual space needs are quite modest, I really don't desire much beyond one bedroom, one bathroom and a washer and dryer. Tiny living room, absurd kitchen? Not a problem!" also, he is looking for a solo apartment -- no housemates.
