Found dog named Venice
Dec. 6th, 2010 09:09 amEDIT: I got a hold of Somerville Animal Control. Venice lives on Pritchard Street in a house with a yard and a malfunctioning gate. Venice is heading home now in the Animal Control van.
I found a small white and brown Lhasa-Apsa/Shih-Tzu/mix type dog hiding under my grill this morning. He seems sweet and relatively well-fed, but cold and scared. He has a tag (one of those gold-colored dog-bone shaped tags that you can get at PetSmart) engraved with the name, "Venice", and a phone number that doesn't work. If anybody knows to whom he belongs, please let me know.
I'll call Somerville Animal Control as soon as they open this morning.
Photo below the cut.

With a few extra precautions, wood floors can perform as well in bathrooms as they do everywhere else."
