Hi there!
I figured I would post here, since I know that there are humans here! Craigslist is very overwhelming, especially when looking for Somerville/Cambridge because that "Watermark" company spams the heck out of it.
Anyway, I am looking for an apartment for 3/1/11. Ideally, I would like to be in the Davis area.
Somewhere very, very T accessible, for sure. (as in, I can walk to a train station or something)
I do have limits, placed by the housing authority, and have included them to the best of my ability, in the ad that I posted to craigslist.
If anyone happens to know someone looking for a tenant, please send them my way?
Thank you very much.
I am looking for a large 1Br (or a 2BR in the 1BR price range)
Must be:
Cat friendly (3 cats, all fixed)
Full bathroom
Laundry IN THE BUILDING. (coin-op is fine)
Very, very, VERY MBTA accessible. This means none of this "There's a bus, but it doesn't run after 6pm or on weekends" stuff..
Utilities included is a plus.
I have Section 8.
Rent caps vary by city, and by whether or not the utilities are included.
The following caps are for if the utilities ARE included. Subtract about $150ish if they are NOT.
(also, some of these caps may go down in January, unfortunately)
Somerville: $1234
Cambridge: $1362
Boston/Brookline: $1213
Everett: $1130
Malden: $1156
If you have something that fits these requirements, and will be available on 3/1/11, please let me know.
No roommate situations. Must be un-shared apartment.
If there is no elevator, nothing higher than the 2nd floor, please.
