Curb Alert: Mad scientists, tinkerers, and artists take note

I have just put a plastic grocery bag full of random electric/electronic things that mostly work on the curb in a plastic bag with a pink sign that says "FREE". Contents include: several strings of the old-fashioned big-bulbed incandescent multi colored Christmas tree lights, a digital timer, and an Eton hand crank emergency radio that still works but has many pieces broken off. 

Its on top of a garbage can in front of Engine 7's fire station on Highland Ave., about 2/3 of a mile outside of Davis, on the left-hand side of the street. I figure there's a pretty good chance some Somervillian can turn this into a great art project/costume/bicycle decor.

I don't need any of that stuff so I am just posting to say that Engine 7 has always been my favorite of all the fire trucks in the city.
