Somerville snow emergency - move cars by midnight

I haven't gotten any e-mail or robo-call, but when I called 311, there was a snow emergency announcement. On the city's website I find this:

SNOW EMERGENCY Declared for Thursday, January 20th at 8pm

Schools are closed on Friday

SOMERVILLE – Please be advised, the City of Somerville has declared a snow emergency for the City of Somerville to go into effect Thursday, January 20th at 8pm.

During snow emergencies, parking is allowed on the odd-numbered side of the street only (unless otherwise posted). Cars not moved by midnight on Thursday will be subject to ticketing and tow. Residents unable to find a parking space on the odd-numbered side of the street may park in any municipal or school parking lot for the duration of the emergency.

I just got the robo call at 6:03pm, so they have started

Funny that it's on the website but no robo-call yet. They also haven't announced the Somerville Public Schools as closed on any of the school closing sites.

(I know this because I'm obsessively checking to see if the district I teach in also cancelled for tomorrow - we usually find out by 4 or 5 the day before, but all the districts around us are closing one by one.)

I got a robo-call about 10 minutes ago, and an e-mail about 10 minutes before that.
