I *still* don't understand the rules for metered lots. People here have said these warnings to get your car out of municipal lots only apply to lots where you can't normally park (school, etc), but the city announcements never specify this. And if they need the lots to be empty so they can plow them, wouldn't that affect metered lots as well?
