I'm looking for recommendations for an accountant or business lawyer who could help me with setting up a small business (LLC or S corporation, likely).

While *she* isn't DS local (she works in Boston), she will come this way for meetings. I recommend Mary Passino/Small Business Aide, mary-AT-smallbusinessaide-DOT-com. I'm on vacation, and don't have her phone # handy.

My go-to accountant is Donohue and Associates over near the corner of Huron and Concord in Cambridge.

Richard James & Associates in Davis Square is great with small businesses, in my experience. Let me know if you're interested; they give referral bonuses to new customers.

I'd say try Adam Dash & Associates. They're right on the bike path on Grove Street.
