Click that, and you get a graph showing the # views over time, with annotations showing milestones such as the date when the page received its first referral from a given domain, or the date that the video was first embedded on a given domain.
Sometimes a milestone will signal a spike in traffic. Hint: the milestones are always placed, graphically, a bit later than their actual datetime. You'll see when you check this one.
The only clue to the recent spike in the last 36 hours, from 500 views to > 1000 views, is the UHub embed yesterday. So say you hadn't known about the UHub post previously - it would give you a starting point to look, and perhaps ask that person how this video came to their attention.
