Dave's Fresh Pasta expansion?

Just walked past the old Black and Blues location and Dave of Dave's Fresh Pasta and the wine woman (sorry, I can't remember her name even though she just had a conversation with my kid last week) were inside talking with someone else I didn't recognize. Possible expansion?! There's an alley in-between so maybe separate wine store?

That'd be great!
It would be lovely if they'd carry more produce, and of better quality. So much other good food, it's a shame that the veggies are usually wilty.

I just over heard her say it would be a wine bar with food. Music (didn't sound like live music), wine and good food. Sounds perfect to me! Apparently it all depends on the license. I hope they get it!

I've definitely seen her looking at the space several times, and Dave himself once. They definitely seem to be considering something.
