Hi! We're looking for a new roommate starting September 1st. We're a bunch of nerdy, friendly twenty-somethings living in a 7 person co-op in Somerville, about a fifteen minute walk from Davis Sq. We share house chores, cook each other meals, and just generally have fun together.

I used to live in that apartment!

For what it's worth - the apartment is spacious, with decently sized bedrooms (you could put at least a full sized bed in each one comfortably) available for everyone. The room that's available held a queen sized bed, dresser, bookshelf, and small 1-person couch comfortably with room to spare.

The landlord is fantastic, clear, communicative and responsive, very reasonable.
