This is a really lovely house in a beautiful, safe neighborhood with lots of green. It's right on the 96 bus line to Davis and Harvard Squares. About a ten minute walk to the Tufts campus.
Description: Available anytime from now. 10 minute walk to Tufts campus. One roommate sought for beautiful (circa 1910) second floor of house ideally located in green, sunny Medford neighborhood. Convenient access to 96 busline (direct to Davis and Harvard Squares). Common spaces feature hardwood floors and lots of windows; include living room, dining room, pantry, kitchen, bathroom, back deck overlooking garden in back yard with dogwood tree. Basement available for bike parking if needed. Exceptionally safe neighborhood, next door to beautiful park (popular with neighborhood kids and dog-walkers) convenient to Tufts, Sei Bar, Medford Square. FREE Washer/dryer in basement.
