Where can I buy a 2011 HONK! t-shirt?
Oct. 6th, 2011 10:51 amHey Folks,
Once again, HONK! as come (yah!) and gone(boo!). Unfortunately, this year I missed out on getting my wife a t-shirt. As you can imagine, she is heartbroken about this situation. As a good husband, I of course can't stand to see her suffer like this so I'm trying to find her a 2011 HONK shirt. Unfortunately their website only sells 2009 ones. I've written them to see if I can buy the new one but no answer yet.
Anyone have any ideas where I can buy some 2011 HONK swag?
Thanks in advance.

Date: 2011-10-07 06:52 pm (UTC)Really happy to hear you enjoyed it again this year. We also have the same sort of letdown after the weekend is over (it would be great if some of HONK! lasted all year).
So, here's the deal with t-shirts. Right now we (the HONK! organizing committee) are all both recuperating and working on some of the end-of-festival details. One of those details is taking a final inventory of what shirts are left over from the weekend. Once we have that number, I plan to put up a more shopping-cart like thing on our website so people can order shirts from this and previous years based on our inventory on hand.
Once that is up (hopefully within the next couple of weeks), if you don't see the size you want, let us know at contact@honkfest.org as Mary suggested because we have in the past done a very small reorder run when the demand was clear.

P.S. You mentioned writing us, but I don't recall see that coming in (and I see all email/contact form submissions to the general address). If you have a sec to write to contact@honkfest.org with the details on how you tried to get in touch, that would be helpful so I can track down what happened. We try very hard to respond to all messages that come our way.
thanks!

Cheers,
Gordon
