I looked at the job section of Michaels.com, and see no reference to a Cambridge store. But I guess this means they are coming to the basement space formerly occupied by Decelle and Burlington Coat Factory.
For a national chain store, this does look like a genuinely useful addition to our neighborhood. No existing Michaels store is anywhere near a subway station.
