FOUND Missing Dog near Ball Square

This morning, my small dog managed to get out of my fenced in backyard. He's small, about 15 pounds, white and tan, very shaggy, and friendly. He answers to the name of Sam. Here is a picture.
I met one woman who thought she'd seen him, with someone else who was going to call animal control. Since animal control doesn't seem to be in yet, I'm posting this here for now. If you have seen him, please call me at 717-968-0703.
