That appears to be the current rules! There are the few adjustments that WAKA made, but for the most part, that is the way that we play.
I'm 99% sure that once you create an account and click to register, the bottom of the registration screen describes the fee. Unfortunately, since I have admin status, I am unable to access the registration screen myself to check that out.
However, I think you bring up a very valid point that the price should be listed prior to going through the registration process. If you check the site now (https://www.kickball.com/masomervilledodgeball) I have added the price to the main section where it says "The Season begins on FEBRUARY 16 and is only $65 to join. Check the links on the right for more Dodgeball information. See you in the gym!"
