No idea, but there are a lot of unanswered complaints on their Facebook page.
CoupMe 'founders' and 'CEO' have posted comments on DSLJ in the past, so I added replies here and here and here in hopes of provoking a response from CoupMe.
That may be, but if they are winding down CoupMe, they have a responsibility to do so in an orderly manner that doesn't leave either customers or businesses high and dry. The long set of unanswered complaints on their Facebook Wall is discouraging.
If you have a Facebook account, you may want to send a private message to CoupMe's (ex-?)CEO Bill Yucatonis and/or CoupMe's founder Jared Orkin.

If you never received the voucher, try contacting them. If they don't respond, you can always challenge the charge on your credit card.
