Sound equipment

Now that Daddy's Junky Music has closed, where can I get some super-simple sound projection equipment? We'll have someone around who can hook it up. It would only need to be two speakers, a mic, and a sound board. Willing to drive, but this is for a group out of Brookline.

I'm a DJ, the two places I've gone for equipment that are local are Daddy's and Guitar Center. But I don't know if Guitar Center has rentals so maybe this post isn't helpful. I'm sorry to hear Daddy's has closed (I'm obviously out of the loop)
