Date: 2012-11-09 02:11 am (UTC)I am so impressed by all the work to improve the parks in Somerville. My family benefits tremendously from all of the wonderful parks around the city and I'm very excited to learn that the "Davis Square" park will be re-done as well. Is there a roadmap available some place? I would love to see enhancements to Foss and Lincoln Park.

Date: 2012-12-19 03:47 pm (UTC)The city had a plan for Lincoln Park which they presented at public meetings earlier this year, but residents did not like the idea of having some of the grass replaced by artificial turf fields. The city has stopped that planning process and is starting over.
