I noticed this place is closed and they have a special permit in the window. Any idea what is going on there?

Is this a new special permit, different from the rejected proposal from Pinkberry (NE Frog Pond LLC) ?

I saw the city special permit sign this morning, and scanned it briefly enough to catch the words "frozen yogurt" on it.

Last time I saw the permit, a few days ago, it was the same original permit to try to get a Pinkberry put in. Not sure why it hasn't been taken down yet.

They withdrew their permit request after it was evident that the ZBA was about to reject it.

Pinkberry/NE Frog Pond then created an online petition to gather local support, but it has stalled with only 187 signatures. Ipetitions.com removed the ability to see the signatures, after I complained that my own signature had been forged onto the petition multiple times.
