Try Mass Legal Services (http://www.masslegalservices.org/findlegalaid). Even if you don't qualify for free services based on income, they can probably give you names of lawyers who can help.
Also, as wild_huntress noted, law schools tend to have pro bono services available--I know Harvard Law does.
