Really sorry to hear this Ron. I suggest you reach out to the Berkman center and/or the EFF. They do a lot of work with cease-and-desist letters (see https://www.chillingeffects.org/) , and while this may not be entirely up their alley I'm sure they could point you to someone who could help.
