The apartment is the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 3 story house. Each floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, so you would only share the bathroom with one other person.
We are located in Somerville just across the city line from the Porter Square Shopping Center which also has a Red Line stop which you can walk to in 2 minutes. Also a 5 minute walk to Davis Square.
Currently we are 3 guys who work full time. We are gay and associate as bears. Our ages are 28 to 32. We're looking for another guy roommate, and we don't care if you are gay or straight or whatever, and we're laid back guys who sometimes hang out watching TV in our underwear. If you can handle that, it's a great place and excellent location.
Social drinkers are good too.
No Drugs/No Smoking/No Pot
No Cats/No Dogs
We do have a driveway but share it with our downstairs neighbors. On street parking is usually easy to come by.
The room you would occupy is on the 2nd floor. It is a small bedroom but additionally you have a small 'nook' as we call it which is another small room where you can put your computer or use it as storage or however you see fit.
Utilities are usually an additional $100-$200 per month, winter being the most expensive due to heating costs. This also includes RCN Cable/Phone/Internet service.
Washer and dryer in basement free.
To move in, we need first/last/deposit. A total of $1350. Available after 8/1.
This is our 3rd year living here without a rent increase, and our landlord has worked with us on the few problems we've had.
