Saw a "space for rent" sign in the window last night, any idea if they are moving or closing? I know they own the other shop in Davis too...

That makes me sad. Not that I've ever been in there, but whenever I pass it I think of this exchange and it makes my day slightly more pleasant:

In the next few weeks we will be closing Eddie's Furniture in Porter Square and refocusing our attention on our beloved Sunshine's in Davis. We will be hosting a mega-sale at Eddie's Furniture through this Sunday and taking 20% off all custom orders at Sunshine's to make room. While we have loved having Eddie's Furniture for the past seven years we are looking forward to expanding in new and creative ways that will re-inspire and refresh our day-to-day lives, and in turn, the furniture we bring to you!"
