Rosebud

Anyone know what's happening with the Rosebud? It's been closed for some months since it was sold but there doesn't seem to be any activity in terms of renovation or preparation to reopen. That corner is kind of dead now - the horrid greek building is still vacant at the street level (unsure about the upper floors).

The upper floors had people on the balconies during Honk!, so they're at least USED by some people, and I've been assuming there are FT residents there.
