Ugghhhh, I hate the brick and glass look. So cookie cutter. Interesting neighborhoods must have an edginess to them. Diverse textures, shapes and styles. When they are all clean and shiny they are no longer interesting. This will no doubt be good for property values and rents but I don' think that Union will have the same mojo. IMHO
