I hope one day Cook Smarts grows up to be a profitable company that gives back to health and food education organizations all around the world. For now though, I'd love to donate to organizations that you care about in your local community.

Heh I hear that. I need all kinds of teh cooking helps. Cook Smarts is actually a meal-planning service that accommodates normal, vegetarian, gluten-free and paleo diets. It provides the recipes, cooking instructions and tips, and shopping lists. I signed up after it was voted Lifehacker's top meal-planning app (http://lifehacker.com/five-best-meal-planning-apps-1533809184/1537257704/+alanhenry).

Wow that sounds perfect, thanks! I recently learned I have Celiac, so gluten-free yes, but still getting used to it and it's quite difficult. Paleo is a consideration for future, once I have a handle on the gluten-free...it's recommended for my specific health needs (Celiac, ADHD, autism). And...I am horrible at cooking. =/ NOT a good combination...
