Every time I drive through Everett, I think "holy jehosephat, this is a bizarre place to put a $2 billion casino complex." Never in a million years would I choose that site for a high-rise casino. But right now it's industrial wasteland. If Wynn has the resources to clean it up, they're doing a sight more than the state will.
