Bibim, a Korean restaurant, should open there within the next few weeks. They had earlier announced a Grand Opening date of November 1, but seem to have run into unexpected construction delays.
I don't think this needed ZBA approval, since it was one restaurant replacing another, and therefore not a change of use. It did request and receive a liquor license.
