Looking for a room near Tufts University

I'm a female young professional in my 20s looking for a room near Tufts University in Medford/Somerville. I'd be happy to room with graduate students or other young professionals.

I clean up after myself and pay bills on time. I don't smoke. I am pet-friendly and LGBTQ-friendly. I'm not a partier and I respect others' space and time. I'd be happy to get together with roommates and watch a movie occasionally, though.

When I used to live in the area (I got my B.S. at Tufts), I used to like going to concerts in Central Square and taking sewing classes at Gather Here.

I'm looking to move in this month if possible. February 1st is okay too.

It's my sister's apt. I wrote to her and she said she's been showing the place and close to choosing a roommate.
