A ride with a surly Pat's employee is just the thing after first having to schlep over to the police station in Union Square to pay the fine, then back over to the other side of town to pay those slimeballs. Three stops instead of 2! Bonus, you get to visit 2 cities as well as part of the deal.
At least you used to be able to walk from the police station over to the tow yard to retrieve your kidnapped/ransomed, ahem, I mean towed car.
