Redbones Oktoberfest this Sunday, September 27

Redbones is holding their 7th annual Oktoberfest this Sunday, September 27 from noon to 6 pm.

There's no real information on their website or Facebook page, but I presume it will be have the usual outdoor beer garden and oompah bands. I'm glad that this year they chose a date that doesn't compete with the Honk Parade and Harvard Square Oktoberfest.

For some reason, Redbones redid their perfectly fine and attractive website (https://www.redbones.com) into something ugly, broken, and cheesy looking, and no longer displays details about events (or even their full menu) anymore.

They do, however, now take reservations, which is a significant improvement!

I think possibly that is their full menu, which is no longer what it once was.

Ah, I see they've fixed it, or at least, my Safari is now compatible with their website. It now displays a "front" and "back" page; I was only seeing half of the menu.

They've actually expanded their menu quite a bit lately, adding things like chicken and waffles, moules frites, a "broccoli dog", new desserts, and an 'add-on' section so you can get just a 1/4 slab of ribs. Old favorites like the po'boy, the leftovers plate, and buffalo scallops are gone forever.
