You're right, it's completely unacceptable, and far more than an annoyance to be shrugged off. I certainly do not mean to minimize her complaints!
But I hope that she and her team will look at them as problems that can be solved, rather than permanent deterrents. I will understand if they prefer indoor productions but... what a shame if that kind of terrible behavior keeps such an important and good project from continuing.
