88 Dover St. Neighborhood Meeting

As a reminder, there will be a neighborhood meeting tonight (6:30-8:00 at 48 Grove St., Suite 304) regarding the proposed development at 88 Dover St. (next to the Ideal Auto parking lot).  The developer will present revised plans reflecting changes discussed at previous neighborhood meetings.

A new structure with three residential units.

That is correct. The plans call for a three story, three unit structure with underground parking (ramp on the left next to the Ideal Auto lot). Come by tonight to share any thoughts or concerns.

That sounds eminently reasonable. I'd prefer more units and less parking but you know. Moar Housing Good.
