The Davis Square Community

Ya I would say it would only be open for special events or limited amount of times while being staffed primarily for the reasons that Ron noted. When we rented the park adjacent to there almost 5 years ago we had access to the tower which was very nice; very minimal fee for a 4 hour time frame. The work that was done involved the whole structure so the area of the tower that you can go on all the time was closed off during the work, which still offers a decent view of Boston.
