Public ice rinks

Are there any ice skating rinks in the area where I can go at night, admission-free, to cool off and watch people play?

The only club I know of in the area that has summer ice skating is the Skating Club of Boston. Maybe one of the universities that has a hockey team? (Though granted, you might have to be a student/faculty/staff member to get in.)
