davis_square | Sublet Available June 15--Close to Davis Square (Reply)

My roommates and I are looking for someone to sublet starting June 15. Here is the info:

One bedroom available for sublet June 15-August 31 in a 4 bedroom apartment, with option to stay in the fall. Amazing location for a great price—5 minutes walking distance to Davis Square and Red Line subway stop, and 10 minutes walking distance to Tufts. Apartment is on the second and third floors of a two-family house.

Fully furnished living room and dining room with hardwood floors, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, washer/dryer, sunny front and back porches perfect for hanging out, on-street parking with a permit, wireless internet.

Roommates are friendly, fun, and considerate young professionals (two males, one female). Non-smoking. House will have a cat in the fall (other pets need to be approved by roommates.)

Rent is $690/month for the summer, not including utilities. Rent will be $695/month starting September 1.

Utilities are usually around $80-$100 per month depending on the season.
