trinket box?
Oct. 26th, 2005 04:59 pmhi everyone -
my beloved little kitty passed away last week, and i'm expecting her ashes any day now. i'd like to put them in a beautiful little box, maybe the size of a trinket box. i checked the tiffany's website, and *choke* i cannot justify $1200 for something like that... plus, i'd rather find something locally, since she spent most of her life here. so, does anyone recommend any shops in the area that would sell something like this, or an artisan who makes something like this, that i could check out? my taste leans towards the sleek/mod/retro, but the box doesn't have to be... if it's beautiful, it's beautiful.

Date: 2005-10-26 09:14 pm (UTC)And sorry about the kitty--I still have the ashes of mine in a box, as I haven't found an appropriate container. I keep meaning to just take one of the wooden boxes from the craft store and painting it up in some way that'll remind me of her and putting them in there.
