Calling all artists, dancers, actors, musicians, clowns, yogis, or otherwise interesting people.

Looking for a fourth housemate to share our gay-friendly, non-smoking, unique, brightly colored top story apartment with two men, one woman, and two cats (no more pets please).

Top floor apartment in two family house with hardwood floors & gas stove. There is a large kitchen, plus two other common rooms. Porch for storage space. Laudry accross the street, and short walk to coffee shops, liquer stores. 10 minutes to Porter (which has a Shaws) or Davis.

Heat/Hot Water/Gas included.
Utillities roughly $14 for Internet & $23 for Electricity.

The room is larger, has a closet, two windows overlooking the street, and built in air conditioner. You can also repaint it any color you want if you wish.

heat and hot water makes a pretty big difference, and having more people makes a *huge* difference.

Clearly so. We have to pay for everything except water here. I think that's why the landlord never raises the rent.
