Hello! My name is Matt, and I'm looking for a room to rent in an apartment close to Davis Square, and I hoped the LJ community could help. I'm 28, a non-smoker, have no pets, and am professionally employed as a massage therapist. I'm not vegetarian, do a good job cleaning up, and always pay on time. I'm very laid-back.

Here's what I'm looking for: a decent-sized room in a nice place (doesn't have to be huge), and a space to set up as a massage area. Another vacant room, a den, an office, an enclosed porch, etc., all work well for this. I'm not looking to have a business out of my apartment, I simply want a space of my own to leave a table up and be able to work on friends.
