When you registered most recently, was Green-Rainbow a party with ballot status? If so, you're probably still listed in the voter file as Green-Rainbow, so even though theoretically you should be able to vote in the Democratic primary, chances are you won't be on the voter list at the polls. I recommend re-registering as unenrolled with a Green designation, if you want to vote in the Democratic primary (which I hope you do!) but don't want to be a registered Democrat.
