dinner after midnight ?
Oct. 24th, 2003 11:09 pmI live in Arlington, we were thinking about going to the rosebud around 12:20, but they stop doing food at 11 tonight. Our current plans are to "go to Hi-fi [at central] but I would prefer something more dinerish and less like pizza." Any suggestions ?

there used to be a plethera of night owl spots, but most were on their last legs, grandfathered in before new zoning laws. (not to mention the smoke-out.)
Sol is a great guy, he and his sister run the place.

Date: 2003-10-26 07:36 pm (UTC)Espresso Pizza in Medford, on Boston Ave right next to Tufts U., is usually open until at least 1am, although after that they tend to be open as long as it stays busy.
For not so cheap eats, there's Gyuhama "rock and roll sushi", in Boston on boylston over by the prudential center. they're open until 2am.
Oh, and the krispy kreme drive-through is open until 2am too, but that's isn't, strictly speaking, 'food'.
