belly dance question

does anyone around here belly dance? i'm looking for studios with beginner classes in the area, found a few, and am looking if anyone can personally recommend a place. thus far the closest to davis i can find are the goddess dancing and genevieve, do these ring a bell?
any pointers on beginner places in the area would be great. thanks so much!

I went to classes at MIT (http://events.mit.edu/scripts/event_ext.pl?event=7830758&location=http://web.mit.edu/medical/spousesandpartners/calendar/&groupid=509). (the site says it's for MIT people only, but I'm not and no one cared). I liked it, however she tends to teach particular choreography, so it's better to start when a new piece is starting.

And I know that the Dance Complex (http://www.dancecomplex.org/class_schedule.html) has classes; I've only taken African dance classes there, but they were structured to be pretty open, so perhaps the belly dance ones are, too.
